Proper Exercise Form — Tricep Extensions

In the next video in his series on proper exercise form, Richmond health coach Michael Stroud offers a few do's and don'ts when doing tricep extensions. 5 Do's and Dont's of Tricep Extensions

  • Do start with your elbows at a 90-degree angle just in front of your chest and press down slowly.
  • Don't use momentum to swing down.
  • Do make sure to pause at the very bottom.
  • Don't go too quickly. 
  • Do lean forward just slightly, keeping your elbows in front of your body.
