As a family physician and concierge doctor in Greenville, SC, Dr. Jack Durham enjoys treating patients of all ages and helping them maintain their health and vitality.

Dr. Durham received his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1978. He completed his internship and residency with the Greenville Hospital System.
Prior to joining PartnerMD in January 2013, Dr. Durham practiced at Holly Tree Family Practice in Simpsonville and as part of the emergency medical staff at St. Francis Bon Secours in Greenville.
Dr. Durham lives in Simpsonville, S.C., with his wife and son. He is an advocate for living a healthy lifestyle, as evidenced by his hobbies of biking, hiking, skiing and fishing. He’s also devoted to community involvement through his church.
