On December 15, 2020, Richmond BizSense published an article about PartnerMD's new Short Pump office in the GreenGate development.
The office opened in September 2020 with three doctors — Dr. Liz Bigelow, Dr. Mark Petrizzi, and Dr. Barry Wein. Earlier this month, PartnerMD announced that Dr. Eric Haacke-Golden will join the office in early 2021.

"PartnerMD CEO Zack Smith said a combination of existing and anticipated population growth and economic development brought the company to Short Pump.
'The GreenGate location for PartnerMD places us literally in the middle of one of Richmond’s fastest growing communities, a large footprint (over 200 dwellings) of new, upscale townhomes. PartnerMD is walking distance for most or all residents. Moreover, the geography is already zoned for substantial expansion of similar homes,' he said in an email."
