A yoga ball is a simple, but effective exercise tool. In the first of a three-part series, Midlothian health coach Jaime Monsen shows how to use a yoga ball to stay fit and demonstrates some simple exercises to give your upper body a workout.

  • Chest Press
  • Chest Fly
  • Push up with variations
  • Back Row
  • Lat Pull Over
  • Shoulder Press – Palms in or out
  • Front Raises
  • Lateral Raises
  • Bicep Curl
  • Hammer Curl
  • Wide Arm
  • Tricep Extension – single or both
  • Tricep Kickback
